We are equipped for all your maintenance needs throughout the lifespan of your equipment and beyond.

The After Sales department gives timely and efficient support to our customers and distributors.

The Spare Parts department, on the other hand, takes care of collecting requests from national and from customers all over the world while providing for the shipment of the requested pieces in the shortest possible time. The Emanuel staff also supports our distributors and customers to choose the pieces that best suit their needs.


The Emanuel training courses are held at our Plant in Anzola Emilia (BO), in a dedicated area where the equipment is stored ready for the practical tests.

Emanuel is constantly striving to train the technical figures of its national authorized service network and its international distributors so that they can provide valuable service to its customers.

From this mission are born the training courses, open to all the technical staff of our dealers and authorized Emanuel service center. This allows them to increase their knowledge of our products so that they can provide valid support to the customer in case of need. In the boardroom, moreover, exercises are held with interactive teaching material with video and digital supports.

In order to provide maximum support, Emanuel’s training staff is also available to provide courses at the headquarters of its customers. The number of people trained by Emanuel grows from year to year, as well as the level of learning and appreciation by the participants.
