Emanuel WP 3 Axis Welding Positioners

The WP is a 3 axis welding positioner that allows the lifting and the rotation of any of work piece during welding and assembly operations.

Ergonomic positioners are used during welding and assembly operations of big weldments that are manufactured by companies of all sectors. The ergonomics, technical characteristics and functional flexibility allow you to increase productivity and efficiency by minimizing the handling of the product on which it is necessary to work on.

MAIN FEATURES

The lifting and inclination are are obtained by hydraulic operation. The rotation is electromechanical with the help of an inverter that allows the speed to be adjusted according to the operators needs.

All controls are obtained from the control unit and the remote pendant control.

The production includes a complete range of models of various capacities. Our range includes several optional and accessories that meet the most diverse needs of the user.
