Our SD Heavy Duty Platform Lifts for commercial vehicles are available with different lifting capacities: 25 Ton and 35 Ton.

The following are the main characteristics of our system:

Lifting system with no sliding parts
Mechanical locking device with automatic engagement and pneumatic release on each piston
Electronic sensors for the synchronization of the movements of the pistons with automatic leveling and independent distribution of the load
Lifting system equipped with maintenance free autolubrificating bushings

ADVANTAGES

Design characteristics unique to Emanuel:

Thanks to the unique geometrical configuration, the lifting system of the SD heavy duty platform lift does not equip any sliding parts. This allows to avoid any wear to wheels or skids and lubrification requirements and to reduce machine downtime.

No cross beams between lifting platforms: maximum accessibility in the working area thanks to the free space under the platform.

Safe work environment:

Mechanical locking device with automatic engagement and pneumatic release on each piston
Electronic sensors for the synchronization of the movements of the pistons with automatic leveling and independent distribution of the load
Electronic sensor for the automatic engage of the mechanical safety

Solid electrohydraulic technology:

High reliability of the platform with minimal repair and maintenance
Lifting system equipped with maintenance free autolubrificating bushings

Visualization of the functioning lifting on a LCD display.
Self-diagnosis and visualization of any failure on the LCD display.
Event storing and recording (Work time, indication of the events occurred and failures..)

Emanuel SD Hot galvanized platform lift

The Emanuel hot galvanized platform lifts have been designed to be use during the washing and maintenance of heavy vehicles.

Some of the unique features:

All water resistant hot galvanized structure
Anti-slip plates
Control unit equipped for outdoor use
Minimum water protection IP65

These unique characteristics allow the platform to work in extreme external conditions, with high reliability and durability.
