New torque live detection system – Welding Positioners

A new important innovation has been brought to all our welding and assembly positioners https://emanuel.it/en/tipologia/welding-positioners/ by our new torque live detection system.

Thanks to this new ground-breaking safety innovation, the system is able to detect, in real time, the torque employed by the ergonomic positioner during the rotation movement.

In case the required torque exceeds the nominal value for which the positioner has been designed the system will stop automatically.

The system is also equipped with a four light tower able to signal each step during the manufacturing process.
